Green HR leadership 

On the one hand, it will help the organization to achieve the following at the macro level:
• Identification of Human Resource Management processes, HRM Processes
• Creating convergence between HRM Processes,
• Expanding the alignment between HRM Processes with the organization’s strategic goals
• Clear separation of static processes from dynamic processes of Human Resource Management


On the other hand, at the micro level, achieve the following:
• Clear understanding of inputs, outputs and operations within HRM Processes
• Creating a connection between control indicators with inputs, outputs and operations within HRM Processes

The Green HR leadership  model has its own audit logic. Based on this logic, the organization creates the necessary examples and evidence to demonstrate the above-mentioned items and presents them to the audit/self-audit team.

 HR leadership model is an approach to align the organization’s Green Goals with the responsibility and ability of the organization’s HR.
